Extensive international marketing and business development experience in consumer and B2B environments.
After studying physics at Oxford University I initially focused on scientific research at Plessey.
Then twelve years at Apple in sales, business development and developer relations, culminating in leading Apple's Worldwide Markets team. Responsible for marketing programs targeting professional, education, and consumer customers.
While at Apple I was invited to testify before Congress on US education policy.
Following this, VP Marketing roles at AOL, Nortel, TiVo and AVG, which gave me a deep understanding of the online services, telecoms, consumer electronics, and security markets.
I then gained practical knowledge of building a start-up by founding Planstorm, with the aim of helping teams collaborate and innovate more effectively.
Now as Tony Lee Consulting I’m an independent consultant who examines complex business and marketing problems, then delivers effective, elegant solutions.
